A small explosion of forms on a single sheet is not uncommon—I draw many simple forms to derive something interesting from them. In such cases even a hair dryer can become an inspiration for a new flying machine (I don't say it was, but I suspect something here). The “Gravicopter” machine shown below was later modeled in 3D and textured, to resemble the sketch shown here (and for me to learn techniques from the VideoPost in Max).
