The detailed sketches here make me think of industrial robots meant for assembling car chassis rather than a multi-purposed robot. But it was back in school when I would try to design a “modular” robot that could be adjusted to fit a particular need, as easily as you do with your vacuum cleaner. [Pencil; 1994?]
